Cancellation & Refunds
Participants may cancel their registration up to thirty (30) days prior to the initial date of an
PLA administration. CEO must receive written and signed notification of a participant's intent to cancel. A refund of the fee less an administrative charge of $150.00 will be made.
Participants who cancel within thirty days of the administration date will not receive any reimbursement of their fees, unless exceptional and substantive circumstances are deemed worthy of reimbursement by the Executive Committee of CEO.
Cancellation or rescheduling of an administration of the
PLA as a result of natural disaster or other uncontrollable causes is at the discretion of the Executive Committee of CEO. CEO is not responsible for participant's expenditures, losses, or damages in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
