Candidates with disabilities are accommodated in taking the CACO. Disabled candidates are responsible for including a notice of disability with their application. Notice of disability includes a complete description of the disability verified by a relevant independent authority acceptable to the Executive Committee of CEO. Candidates with disabilities are expected to outline their specific needs for the assessment. CEO reserves the right to determine the nature and extent of the accommodations to be made for a candidate’s disability in order to preserve the validity of the assessment. CEO reserves the right to charge a candidate with a disability for costs in accommodating their needs that are not sustainable by the organization.
