Eligibility
Eligibility for the CEO written Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) is currently limited to those individuals that have been accepted into the University of Waterloo International Optometric Bridging Program (UWIOBP) and those qualified candidates that have been referred by the Ordre des Optometristes du Quebec (OOQ).  

PLA Candidates wishing to register through the Order des Optometrists du Quebec are asked to contact the OOQ directly.

The fee for the written PLA is $1200.

Schedule 
The next scheduled administration of the written PLA will be held at the School of Optometry building at the University of Waterloo on February 3, 2012.
