The ICLO for Practitioners requires approximately 4 to 4.5 hours to complete and commences with registration and a brief orientation.

During the assessment, each participant will be provided with an ICLO question item booklet. The questions within the booklet are proprietary, and accordingly, the booklets may not be removed from the room at any time. Furthermore, questions may not be copied or communicated with non-participants in any way. The question booklets must be returned upon completion of the assessment.

During the assessment, participants will not be allowed to use computers, cellular phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), or any other electronic or non-electronic device that may be construed as a transcription device. Non-programmable calculators are, however, recommended. As well, CEO will provide any appropriate reference tables/charts as deemed necessary.
