CSAO > Administration Policies > Cancellations and Refunds
Candidates may cancel their application up to 45
days prior to the initial date of an
administration. CEO must receive written and signed
notification of a candidate's intent to cancel. A refund
of the fee less an administrative charge of $250.00 will
be made.
Candidates who cancel within 45 days of the
administration date will not receive any reimbursement
of their fees, unless exceptional and substantive
circumstances are deemed worthy of reimbursement by the
Executive Committee of CEO.
Cancellation or rescheduling of an administration of the CSAO as a result of natural disaster or other causes is at the discretion of the Executive Committee of CEO. CEO is not responsible for candidate's expenditures, losses, or damages in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
